What's CalixWorld's Return Policy?

Every item is made just for you — so we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, or personal preferences.

But here's what we guarantee:

  • If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production error, we'll replace it at no cost (or refund if replacement isn’t possible).
  • You must report the issue within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Please include photos of the item and the issue when contacting us.
  • If your package is damaged in transit, keep the packaging and take photos — it helps us approve the claim faster.

Important: Returns or exchanges for size are not accepted, so please check our size guide carefully before ordering.

Our gear is printed on demand — custom-made for calisthenics athletes and everyday wear.

We stand by our quality. If we mess up, we'll fix it. Simple.

How to Request a Replacement / Refund

If you received a damaged or defective item, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at calixworld@hotmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include photos showing the issue clearly (item + close-up + packaging if damaged in transit).
  3. Provide your order number and a short description of what happened.
  4. We’ll review your claim and confirm the next step (replacement or refund if approved).

Tip: If tracking says “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact us ASAP — we’ll guide you through the carrier investigation.

What We Don't Accept

  • Returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference
  • Size exchanges (please check the size guide before ordering)
  • Items not reported within the applicable claim window (30 days)
  • Damage caused by improper care, misuse, or washing instructions not followed
